Nicotine vs. Opiate Antagonists

Europe has just released a nicotine antagonist onto the open market as a "cure" for nicotine addiction. Do any of the fine MD's in this group know if it triggers immediate withdrawal, like the opiate antagonist that is used in rapid detox?
