Lemon Cleanse Diet — Ooops, They Didn’t Tell You This?

Being around for almost 50 years, the Lemon Cleanse Diet is a very popular diet. It gives fabulous results in an incredibly short period of time. For this reason many people would tell you it is their favorite when it comes to detox diet. But is Lemon Juice Cleanse easy to follow?

While everybody is talking how great the Lemon Juice Cleanse is and what great results you will get, not too many people warn you what side effects you may suffer. So, here is the secret: THERE ARE side effects. Depending on how intoxicated your body is, they might be mild or severe. Common complications include headaches, sore throat, body aches and pains, sores in the mouth and feeling tired or fatigued. In some cases you may have severe nausea, and even vomiting.

So, what should you do? Don't do the diet? No, on the contrary!

There is a very simple solution to all these complications. And as often the case is, you just have to do your homework first. Read as much as possible, and prepare yourself for what is coming. Take a few simple steps, and the whole process will become much easier and everything will go smoothly.

Let me tell you my story and how I did everything wrong. Not once or twice, but four times. And…don't do what I did! You don't have to suffer! Choose a smarter way to do the cleansing!

About six years ago a friend of mine told me about the Lemon Juice Cleanse. My friend and her husband did it and were completely satisfied with the results. They were very enthusiastic and highly recommended the program. I thought about it, but at that time decided it was too restrictive and hard to follow. Soon after that, I forgot about it.

Almost a year and about 12 more pounds later, I met another friend and she looked incredibly well. When I asked her how she got in such a good shape, she told me she did the Lemon Juice Cleanse. Now, at that moment I was getting desperate to take control over my weight problem, so I paid close attention. I asked all kind of questions, and at the end decided to try it myself.

I was still quite scared of the fact that I have to go without food for such a long period of time, but I tried to focus on the overall effect that the cleansing has. I kept telling myself that with this diet I'll have not one, but two FABULOUS EFFECTS: detox my whole body AND lose weight.

So, how did it go? It was not pleasant For the first 2 days, I suffered horrible headaches and nausea. In fact, it was so bad, the first day I actually threw up.

Now, I did not quit and after 2 days it got easier. But I had the advantage of being able to stay at home while I was doing the Lemon Juice Cleanse. If it were not the case, I would not be able to go through the process. What kept me going? Most of all, my friends' success and support (I kept bugging them asking for advice), and the fact that pretty soon I started seeing results. This was enough to give me strength in moments of weakness. I finished the process and at the end was very proud of myself, and looked fantastic. I was completely satisfied with the results, although not fascinated with the process itself.

During the next five years I used the Lemon Cleanse Diet 3 more times.
Was it easier? Not particularly, but I was familiar with what follows, so I arranged my schedule in a way that the first two days I would be able to stay home and have plenty of rest. I kind of made it as a yearly ritual that helps me stay healthy and in shape at the same time.

This year, though, I run into a problem. When I decided to do the diet again, I found myself fighting the idea of going through the headaches and vomiting again. So, I did a little research on what could help me benefit from the Lemon Juice Cleanse without the side effects making me sick.

And, luckily, I found exactly what I was looking for! A book that showed me how to prepare myself before starting the Lemon Juice Cleanse and what to do in order to save myself from the unnecessary pain.

I can honestly recommend it to everybody who is serious about the Lemon Juice Cleanse and wants to succeed with the it even if it is their very first time.

Remember, most people drop the effort in the first two days because some times it's really hard going through these first days of the diet. Even if you are an experienced dieter, I believe that this book is going to be beneficial to you. I wish I had it the first time I tried the Lemon Juice Cleanse!

What I'm trying to say here is this: It is not necessary to suffer while on Lemon Cleanse Diet!
